Children
We love having children as part of our church
and really want our children to be part of wider church family life. So we love our children to get to know people of all ages, for the benefit of both children and adults.
Most Sundays, children join age-specific groups to help them get to know Jesus for themselves, with an occasional All-Age service.
Groups
Scramblers
Ages 0-2
Our creche group for under 3s, mainly consisting of opportunity to play, along with the occasional story, song and snack.
Climbers
Pre-school ages 3-4
Our group for the two pre-school years, with a Bible story, craft and time to play.
Adventurers
Reception to year 2
Our group for Reception to Year 2, looking at a Bible passage each week with activities and crafts.
Explorers
Years 3 to 6
Our group for Year 3 to Year 6, engaging with a Bible passage together while enjoying one another’s company.
Youth
Older children are able to join in with midweek groups with others from across the Emmanuel family of churches.
